Brandon Friedman
Brandon Friedman is the author of The War I Always Wanted: The Illusion of Glory and the Reality of War (Zenith), based on his experience as an infantry officer in the U.S. Army’s 101st Airborne Division in Afghanistan and Iraq. He was awarded two Bronze Stars for his service.
A vice chairman of VoteVets.org, Friedman is an author and blogger whose writings have appeared widely on political blogs such as Daily Kos, No Quarter, and ePluribusMedia. A frequent guest on national television and radio, Brandon holds a degree in History from Louisiana State University in Shreveport and a Master’s degree (MPA) in Public Policy and Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas. He lives in Dallas.
